  • Report Development: Develop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards for the project and external clients.
  • Data Organisation: Structure data to ensure compliance with WBS, CBS, and OBS for consistent reporting.
  • Trend Analysis: Use data to predict trends and perform statistical analysis, visualising data in user-friendly formats.
  • Digital Reporting: Implement digital reports and dashboards using data from the Data Lake.
  • Support Monthly Reports: Provide intelligent information and analysis for monthly report production.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and provide user support.
  • System Administration: Manage system configuration, testing, user administration, and licence management.
  • Innovation: Attend industry events to innovate and advance reporting products.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and foster team values.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support to the Project Controls function as needed.
  • Process Adherence: Follow and support the project control cycle and processes.


Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Power BI (including DAX & M), Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure (SQL), and Tableau.
  • Experience: Data analytics/science, system administration, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerate skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Multicultural Experience: Advantageous to have experience in a multicultural environment.


Summary:

The Power BI Developer will enhance the Project Controls team by developing and managing Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data is accessible and comprehensible. This role involves significant collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement and effective communication.
