Arthur Financial have partnered with a leading insurance and reinsurance group to support with their search for an experienced Lloyd's & Solvency II Reporting Accountant. The role will be based in London (Hybrid 2/3 days P/W) and will initially be for 6 months.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Production of Group Solvency II (SII) reporting
  • Support with technical issues and/or IFRS group deliveries
  • Oversee the production and delivery of required Lloyd's returns (UK GAAP and SII Basis)
  • Completion of all major Lloyd's forms
  • Prepare and assure the quality of statutory accounts
  • Monitor and report on investments and reinsurance counterparty risk
  • Complete SII group reporting delivery
  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of UK GAAP, SII, and IFRS
  • Experience in end-to-end finance processes, including finance operations, planning, forecasting, financial close, intercompany processes, and reporting
  • Extensive knowledge of Lloyd's accounting/reporting
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA Equivalent)
