About Our Client: As a key player in our client’s team, you will lead their local FM team, ensuring clients experience nothing short of excellence. Your role is pivotal in delivering top-notch workplace solutions, managing crucial mechanical and electrical services, and driving forward innovative projects that redefine workplace standards.


What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver 5-star TFM service, ensuring seamless building operations and exceeding client expectations.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency and sustainability in mechanical systems.
  • Manage the lifecycle of mechanical equipment and building systems with precision and foresight.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations related to mechanical and electrical services.
  • Establish service standards, achieve SLAs/KPIs, and provide insightful monthly reports to clients.
  • Foster strong client relationships with clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Develop your team to uphold high standards in mechanical services and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive cost efficiencies in mechanical operations without compromising service quality.
  • Continuously refine mechanical service processes based on customer feedback, ensuring unparalleled service delivery.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven leadership in building services management with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Extensive technical expertise in M&E services, statutory compliance, and health & safety protocols.
  • Ability to translate complex technical data related to mechanical systems into actionable insights for clients and teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a proactive approach to learning new tools.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation in mechanical services.
