  • Training may require standard working hours at other facilities prior to the main site opening.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in ERP systems (Syspro, SAGE, SAP preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience in material control within a production environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to direct a small team effectively.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in stock control and material management.
  • Willingness to train at other facilities to ensure smooth process handover before the main site opens.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary, starting at £30,000 depending on experience.
  • Overtime available, paid at 1.5x the hourly rate.
  • 25 days holiday plus public bank holidays.
  • Group personal pension plan with up to 5% employer contribution from day one.
  • Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance cover, and additional benefits including bike-to-work scheme, eyecare vouchers, flu vaccinations, and more.
