Now, we're looking for apassionateand motivated Receptionist to join our team at our newest opening in the heart of St James's, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management: Efficiently handle phone and email reservations, ensuring accurate and timely booking confirmations.
  • Guest Communication:Provide professional and courteous responses to reservation inquiries, addressing any special requests or needs.
  • SevenRooms Management:Use SevenRooms CRM to manage and track reservations, ensuring a seamless booking process and accurate records.
  • Coordination:Work closely with internal teams to relay reservation details and ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Follow-Up: Confirm reservations and handle any changes or cancellations promptly, maintaining clear communication with guests.
  • Administrative Tasks:Perform general administrative duties related to reservations, including updating records and managing correspondence.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced:At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Tech-Savvy:Basic knowledge of SevenRooms or similar CRM platforms to manage reservations and enhance guest experiences.
  • Service-Oriented:Passionate about delivering top-tier service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Detail-Focused:Attentive to guest preferences and dedicated to providing personalised service.
  • Strong Communicator:Excellent verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Calm Under Pressure:Capable of maintaining composure during busy periods.
  • Fine Dining Knowledgeable:Familiar with fine dining etiquette, wine pairings, and menu items to offer informed suggestions.
