London Blockchain Conference is our flagship utility scale blockchain conference with a mission to move the needle forwards on enterprise and government blockchain technology adoption. We are looking for self-starters and forward thinkers who are ready to help grow our conference and ensure it is a success.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

A proven Conference Producer with a passion for delivering high quality events and exceptional project management skills, you will be looking for a role in a fast growing and unique marketing agency where you will have the opportunity to help create and grow our events portfolio which includes large-scale conferences, smaller summits, breakfast briefings, roundtables, and webinars.

Able to think about the big picture as well as roll your sleeves up, you will be driven to develop compelling programmes and build long-term relationships that ensures the successful delivery of our events and growth of our brand. Working closely with the Conference Director, you will be a strong collaborator and team player, bringing a research-oriented approach and experience in programme development, topic generation, speaker acquisition and conference delivery.

The Conference Producer is responsible for assisting with the planning, organisation and execution of all events and conferences.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular phone and web-based research projects, documenting insights and presenting findings to influence content, sales, and customer success
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to propose and implement innovative conference programme ideas
  • Attend industry events to build relationships and gain market insights
  • Design and produce content across the portfolio of events, introducing innovative programming formats to distinguish our events
  • Create compelling and commercially attractive event agendas that align with our tone of voice and appeal to target audience demographics, while also generating sponsorship opportunities
  • Recruit, confirm, and manage high-profile speakers, ensuring presentations align with event objectives and deliver key takeaways for the audience
  • Oversee speaker logistics and assist with delivery onsite at events, ensuring all programming is executed smoothly
  • Collaborate with content marketing teams to create and coordinate digital content such as articles, webinars, blogs, and roundtables that are aligned with event agendas and customer research, managing deadlines and contributions from freelancers and speakers

  • Proven conference production and operations experience from a conference or event company
  • Experience of delivering large-scale events, conferences and exhibitions
  • Knowledge of the London events industry, venues, contractors and suppliers
  • Experience or interest in technology or fintech– eager to learn about our business, industry and clients
  • A research-based degree (politics, international relations, history, etc.) is desirable
  • Data driven and analytical with strong research skills
  • Strong time and project management skills – highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Highly commercial with strong budget planning and financial management skills
  • Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and a strong network
  • Highly collaborative and a strong team player – loves working with others to build a better business
  • Proactive, uses initiative, is solution oriented – can work independently and autonomously
