An opportunity for an experienced Residential Asset Manager, with an entrepenuerial mindset, to join to a fast gowing division of a leading Real Estate Investment Management firm.

As part of its core growth strategy, the firm is investing heavily in developing its Living (Residential) platform into a market leading, sutainability and technology driven business that will deploy and manage capital across UK and European BTR (Build to Rent), Single Family & Affordable Housing.


As Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising a fast growing portfolio of assets. You will work closely with the executive and fund management team to develop strategies that maximise financial returns and drive portfolio growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities


  • Produce and present financial andperformance analysis at asset, portfolio and market level. This work will involve development of, and management of, a data warehouse.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimise asset performance, including revenue management, centralisation / automation of services, and capital improvement plans.
  • Create detailed financial models to forecast property cash flows, investment returns, and overall portfolio performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and investors, summarising portfolio performance with dashboards, market insights, and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to establish and manage annual budgets for each property in the portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and technology, local and national real estate market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with the portfolio, including property-specific risks and market volatility.


Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field or MRICS
  • Proven experience in residential real estate portfolio management or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of local and national real estate markets.
  • Appreciation of global residential management trends, best practice and technology.
