Overview:


#TeamCandour are working with a multi award winning solutions provider to source a passionate and experienced ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to join their team and guide customers through the digital transformation journey with the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a crucial role in solution development, client engagement, and knowledge management, contributing to the growth of the ServiceNow implementation business.


Responsibilities:


  • Solution Development: Be the in-house expert for ServiceNow solutions, crafting solutions for complex client needs and providing expert recommendations for implementations.
  • Sales & Client Engagement: Support sales teams with technical and functional inquiries, lead preliminary scoping sessions, and engage with a wide range of client stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Acquisition & Management: Maintain ServiceNow certifications, stay informed on all delta releases, and engage in internal knowledge sharing through webinars and training sessions.


Qualifications:


  • Significant experience in a similar position with a blend of technical expertise, industry insights, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional major application suite.
  • Must hold at least one (three preferred) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
  • Must have ServiceNow Sales and Pre-Sales Accreditation in Platform, ITSM, and one additional specialist area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong ability to manage multiple complex projects.


Day-to-day:


  • Collaborate with the team to craft innovative ServiceNow solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and certifications.
