You will play a key role in ensuring the financial and commercial success of EV charging infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cost management and quantity surveying activities for EV charging infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct cost analysis, budget control, and financial forecasting for projects.
  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring the best value for money.
  • Monitor project expenditures and variations, providing accurate financial reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Advise on commercial risks and opportunities, implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the infrastructure/electrical or construction sectors.
  • Experience in the Electric Vehicle Charging Sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement processes, and cost management.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
