The opportunity

We’re looking for a self-starter, driven individual to lead our People/HR processes and various office management responsibilities. Given our rapid growth and team expansion, this role demands a proactive approach to managing multiple responsibilities from the get-go.

Reporting to the VP of Ops and enjoying significant exposure to the co-founders, the successful candidate will be poised to graduate into a leadership role within our People function within 2 years.


People and HR responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and manage our onboarding and offboarding procedures, including the selection and integration of software tools to streamline processes.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and expense management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Implement and manage the hiring process for all roles, including active participation in interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define our core values and integrate them into our hiring and organizational culture.
  • Develop and manage programs to celebrate success and enhance team skills through training and other resources.


Administration & operations

  • Assist in the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Track and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial processes.
  • Oversee the physical office environment, coordinating with office personnel to improve our workspace as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate team outings and events to foster a positive and cohesive team culture.


What we are looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or another administrative function, ideally within a fast-growing startup or small company environment.A self-starter, eager to take on responsibilities that may fall outside immediate areas of expertise.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at managing executives, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results.
  • An autonomous individual who can take initiative and run with tasks to successful completion.
