Research Associate: Full Time (Home based with occasional travel)

ODRL is seeking to recruit a Research Associate to conduct impactful research that supports our consultancy services. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to apply and develop their research skills that align with ODRL’s vision of improving and sustaining organisational performance. The candidate will have a strong analytical background and be accustomed to working with and presenting data succinctly and informatively.


The broad areas of work include:

  1. Writing reports
  2. Compiling data sets
  3. Analysing data
  4. Writing Blogs
  5. Working directly with the CEO on a range of client projects

Pre-Requisites

  1. At least an Upper Second-class degree in Psychology
  2. A relevant Master’s degree in Psychology/Sociology, ideally with an interest in Organisational Psychology
  3. Qualitative and Quantitative data skills
  4. Qualitative Research Experience

Further details

The salary will vary to reflect the individual’s role and experience. The appointment is on a fixed-term contract of up to a year with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter. Any offer of employment is subject to the eligibility to work in the UK.
