Investment Manager

Producing institutional board presentations and reports. Working with and supporting other internal departments including Lettings, Operations and Finance Team. Contribute to the formation / implementation of the portfolio and investment strategy.
Background & experience
  • 3-8 years relevant real estate experience in the UK market,
  • Background could include from a Real Estate Investor, Asset Manager, or those from a Surveying background.
  • Experience of working within living sector (BTR/PRS) is beneficial.
  • Demonstrable deal execution experience in the real estate sector.
  • Experience of forward funding deals.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills, with the ability to build and audit financial models.
  • Strong quantitative background
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Happy to work in a small, entrepreneurial team.
