In January 2022, Bregal Milestone invested in Redstor, a global leader in data recovery and cyber resilience solutions for IT service providers. Since then, we've experienced dynamic, product-led growth and have ambitious plans to accelerate even further.


To help us achieve our vision, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Development Leader to head up this high-impact function. This role is about shaping the future of Redstor by driving strategy, leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and building strategic partnerships.


As the VP of Commercial Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our business through M&A, unlocking post-acquisition value, and developing major alliances. We need someone with the vision, energy, and emotional intelligence to engage at all levels of the organisation and help us realise our ambitious goals.


Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring that every commercial initiative aligns with our long-term vision and operational success.


Your passion and purpose

Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of our M&A strategy, targeting acquisitions that fuel growth.
  • Oversee due diligence, ensuring deals align with financial, commercial, and operational objectives.
  • Drive deal structuring, negotiation, and integration to ensure long-term value creation.

Post-M&A Value Delivery

  • Develop integration plans and lead efforts to maximise synergies, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Chair the M&A SteerCo and guide post-acquisition initiatives to ensure lasting success.

Strategic Alliances & Partnerships

  • Identify and build major alliances that open new revenue streams and boost market presence.
  • Lead negotiations and structure partnerships for long-term, mutual success.

Data-Driven Commercial Development & Pricing

  • Leverage data-driven insights to develop pricing strategies that enhance profitability while staying competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise revenue streams and identify growth opportunities.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Manage and optimise key vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and align with long-term goals.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in corporate development, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
  • Expertise in pricing strategy and leveraging data to drive value creation.
  • Strong leadership skills, especially in managing high-growth, cross-functional initiatives in a Private Equity-backed business.
  • A data-driven, analytical mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
