Role Overview:


They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead one or two £5 million super-prime residential schemes in Kensington and Belgravia. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring these prestigious projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.


Key Responsibilities:


•Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to handover.

•Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination with architects, designers, and clients.

•Manage budgets, track project costs, and ensure financial targets are met.

•Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

•Implement and monitor quality control standards across all phases of construction.

•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

•Use Procore project management software for reporting, documentation, and communication.

•Work closely with the supply chain to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials.


Key Requirements:


•Proven experience in managing high-end residential projects, ideally in super-prime locations.

•Strong knowledge of Procore or similar project management software.

•Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with UHNW clients.

•Experience managing projects valued at £5 million or above.

•Ability to maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail.

•Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
