The Role
- End-to-End Design: You'll be taking projects from initial wireframes through to high-fidelity designs and iteration.
- Web & App Experiences: You'll be focusing on creating new features and products in the lending space, ensuring they’re both functional and visually engaging.
- Collaboration: You'll be working closely with the growing team of designers, contributing to a dynamic, supportive environment.
- Presenting: You'll be showcasing your designs and key deliverables to peers and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Contributing: You'll be actively sharing insights and best practices.
The Candidate
You’ll be ideal for this role if you:
- Have previously worked in finance, although this is by no means essential. If you’ve worked within spaces such as energy, marketplaces, health or fitness this could also be interesting here
- Have got a good sense of where you want to go and how you want to progress
- Are an end-to-end designer, able to work from research through to high fidelity designs
- Are experienced using a design system
- Are excited by the prospect of bringing your positive energy to a fun team
- Have got an impressive portfolio that details your design process, whilst demonstrating your strong visual skills and outcomes - excellent visual flare is key here
- Are a strong communicator, easily able to work collaboratively and articulate your ideas
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000
WFH policy: 2 days a week (Tues and Thurs) in their central London office
Interview process: 3 stage
