LEAD SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES


We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead a new team promoting excellence and technical best practice.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be able to shape the lead offering development and define strategy for internal GTM development and within the customer. You will define complex solutions and assure delivery quality. You will have experience leading globally distributed teams, working with on-shore and off-shore resources alike.


Key Responsibilities:


  • You will work closely with technical and solutions architects to identify and interpret the core business objectives of prospective clients and how technology solutions can achieve their desired outcomes.
  • You will assemble project teams, schedule and project manage the service delivery of key engagements.
  • You will be responsible for the continual development of the value proposition, delivery processes, associated materials, and knowledge repositories.
  • Drive the development of capabilities and shared competencies with the broader Services community, inspiring teammates to further develop their skillset.
  • Teach, train, coach and mentor teammates; promoting teammate satisfaction and enabling career progression.


LEAD SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS


  • Extensive experience in service delivery as a consultant shaping data solutions.
  • Experience leading technical teams both on-site and virtually.
  • Experience with data modernisation and cloud data migration.
  • Data related product / service offering development experience.
  • You will have a strategic mindset with the ability to influence multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
  • You have the ability to maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights, and share within the technical community.
