Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and high standards of work.
  • Lead and support a team of metalworkers, fabricators, and welders in achieving production targets.
  • Assist in planning and organising workload to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Sheet Metalworker, Fabricator, or Welder with strong technical skills.
  • Previous supervisory or foreman experience is desirable but not essential; the right leadership qualities and a proactive approach are key.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
