Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client within the drinks industry for a Customer Service Executive based in West Lothian. This role supports the commercial team to ensure they deliver top-notch customer service. It is a varied position, created due to business growth in the UK.
Main Responsibilities
- Process and invoice UK orders.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to meet delivery targets and priorities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Declare duty on all products dispatched from the bonded warehouse and track duty declarations.
- Monitor stock levels and production using internal systems.
- Track and report on customer service KPIs and metrics.
Requirements & Skills
- Passion for customer service with a proven track record of efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
- Previous experience within the Drinks Industry; spirits experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French is beneficial.
- Self-starter who thrives on autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence a diverse customer base.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for new opportunities.
- Positive approach to overcoming obstacles.
