We're made up of 110 people based in Germany, Hong Kong, London, Miami, New York, Seattle, Singapore and Toronto.
We are now actively seeking two Associates to join our teams in London. The successful candidates will support a functionally-led team (as all our teams are, being corporate officer specialists) in delivering executive search mandates for Board and C-suite roles amongst prominent organisations across a range of sectors.
Responsibilities
- Generating relevant contacts and leads in relation to upcoming assignments;
- Obtaining market information through telephone, video and face-to-face meetings with relevant individuals;
- Coordination of complex client and candidate interview meeting schedules;
- Attending meetings with prospective and existing clients to discuss potential and ongoing assignments;
- Providing administrative support through the creation and construction of search proposals, pitchbooks, progress reports and CVs;
- Developing expertise in multiple functional areas as part of a career development pathway to a Senior Associate role and beyond
Qualifications
- Ideally, 6-18 months' experience in a retained executive search environment (but motivation, drive and cultural fit are more important)
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
- Works calmly and well under pressure whilst maintaining a solutions-focused, professional manner;
- Professional demeanour with a positive attitude and mindset;
- A natural problem-solver; curious, self-sufficient and proactive;
- Strong personal values in line with those of Leathwaite: be distinctive (committed to excellence in delivery), maintain humility (committed to personal development and receptive to feedback) and compete together (embraces and understands the benefits of a collaborative approach)
