Calling all sales superheroes ‍♂️‍♀️ Are you ready to take your talents to a membership organisation? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sponsorship Sales Manager who’s as passionate about building relationships as they are about meeting targets (preferably while wearing something other than sweatpants… although we don’t judge).

Location: London (2 days in the office, 3 days in your PJs at home)



What’s the Role?

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that partners want to work with and the strategic thinker ready to drive sponsorship sales to new heights. You’ll be building relationships with sponsors to help them expand their community and ensure more individuals have access to the support they need.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Crafting and executing a sponsorship strategy that even the toughest skeptics can get behind. Think of it as matchmaking but without the awkward first date.
  • Engaging with potential sponsors and building lasting relationships (that don’t involve swiping right).
  • Collaborating with passionate team to align sponsorship opportunities with member needs (because everyone likes a win-win situation).
  • Keeping on top of market trends—after all, we want to be the cool kids on the block, not the ones still using flip phones
