We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Foundation Coordinator to support the smooth running of our daily operations, programs, and fundraising efforts. This role is essential to ensuring our projects stay on track and our communications are strong, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Support:

  1. Coordinate and provide administrative support for the foundation’s key initiatives, including project planning, timelines, and budget tracking.
  2. Assist in monitoring and evaluating the impact of foundation programs, compiling data for reporting purposes.
  3. Act as a liaison between the foundation and partners, grantees, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects and events.
  4. Organize meetings, site visits, and program-related events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.

Fundraising and Donor Relations:

  1. Support fundraising efforts by assisting with grant applications, donor outreach, and research on new funding opportunities.
  2. Assist in the coordination and execution of fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities.
  3. Maintain a database of donors, tracking communications and ensuring timely follow-ups and acknowledgments.

Communications and Social Media:

  1. Assist with the development of content for the foundation’s social media platforms and website, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
  2. Draft newsletters, reports, and other communications to keep stakeholders informed of the foundation’s activities and achievements.
  3. Help manage the foundation’s public image by supporting the creation of marketing materials, press releases, and promotional content

Administrative Duties:

  1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the foundation, including managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records.
  2. Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  3. Ensure all foundation documents are well-organized and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

Financial and Compliance Support:

  1. Assist with basic financial administration, including processing invoices, expenses, and payments.
  2. Help ensure compliance with foundation policies, grant agreements, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, business administration, social sciences) or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience in administrative, project coordination, or program support roles, ideally within the charity, non-profit, or social impact sector.
  3. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
  6. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a small, dedicated team.
  7. A passion for the foundation’s mission and a desire to contribute to social and environmental impact.
