Key Responsibilities:
The Test Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of testing programs across multiple projects. This role involves managing test teams, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes. The Test Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that all test activities are aligned with the overall project goals and delivered on time and within budget.
Program Management:
• Lead end-to-end program management for migration and data center exit projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plan, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Manage and coordinate all program activities including resource allocation, risk management and issue resolution.
Vendor Management:
• Manage relations with 3rd party vendors, including performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure that vendor meeting program requirements and timelines.
Governance and reporting:
• Ensure comprehensive tracking of all program activities, including plan, decisions, and lessons learned.
• Provide regular, detailed updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Skills:
• Proven experience managing large-scale infra migration, cloud migration or data center exit projects
Experience of working in a complex, multi-vendor environment
