Role Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating across multiple service providers, and deliver solutions to comply in time for ISO 20022 milestones. Key Responsibilities include:

• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery –e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.

• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.

• Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.

• Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.

• Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.

• Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.

• Ensure the design is reviewed with the Global Markets and Enterprise architects.

• Ensures deliverables are in line with Enterprise Change Management standards.

• Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.

• Coordinates and plans with Operations testing internally and with NOSTRO providers.

Core Skills:

• Significant experience delivering complex projects to global stakeholders in a Global Markets Environment.

• Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal.

• The ability to influence senior leaders and executives.

• Understanding of Payments flow and basic knowledge of SWIFT

• Understanding of Trade Lifecycle, data management and cash payments a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office desired

Desirable skills:

• Self-starter with ability to challenge convention; excellent communication skills

• Analytical skills, and the ability to deep dive into details is a must.

• Ability to create senior executive level presentations to summarize key issues

• Collaborative Team Player

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner, whilst ensuring quality & timeliness of the delivered results

• Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to make sound business decisions.

• Must be able to cultivate a strong partner relationship with Ops and Technology partners to drive toward deliverable due dates.

• Knowledge of Global Markets - Knowledge of processes, products and tradeflows within markets and banking; Product knowledge on Derivatives, FX and Quartz a plus.

• Experience transforming and improving business performance.

• Experience in regulatory environment, managing risk and adherence to compliance.

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery.

• Proven technology management discipline (financials, resource planning)
