About the role


Our Project Managers represent Cityscape Digital in the market, through servicing the projects and clients, they are generating new leads and building relationships. They have the main connection with the client and external consultant team. Therefore the role goes beyond core Project Management and is suited to someone with good technical and organisational skills combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.

The key criteria for success within the role are stated below. If this does not sound like you, we recommend not applying. We will be looking for candidates to showcase these points during interviews, which may include a live scenario test of some variety.


Client Management - The ability to communicate effectively with the client, manage expectations, report on progress and negotiate deals whilst building trust and relationships with the purpose of creating Accounts leading to further business. You need to be someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and has the ability to navigate a conversation politely and professionally with people of all levels.


Organisation and Prioritisation - The role requires you to handle multiple projects at the same time meaning you will need to be able to retain information, have a system for prioritisation and be able to make decisions rapidly on your projects. You need to be able to brief the internal team clearly with what you need and handle the external communications to ensure the smooth running of your projects. The role requires someone who embraces this type of environment, is self-driven and knows how to effectively time manage themselves and their work.


Financial management - The ability to stay on top of your project financials, forecasts, quotations, invoices, day rates…etc. You need to be someone who can navigate spreadsheets and software platforms easily in order to access the information you need and report your figures under management. We expect people to have had experience managing the financials of projects and can prove so during the interview process.


Commercial Awareness - Someone who can identify and pursue opportunities when they present themselves. We are looking for someone who can pitch ideas to clients on the fly to spark interest. You will be project-managing a variety of sites at different stages in the property development process, meaning there is always an opportunity to secure further engagement with the client on the site or discuss other opportunities with them.

Job Details

Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Hybrid Working:

Monday & Tuesday - Optional WFH

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - In-Office

Office Location: London Bridge

Salary: 50k - 60k

Notice: 2 months


Roles and Responsibilities Breakdown

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to;


New Business + Project Management

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with allocated clients in relation to client satisfaction, revenue, and growth
  • Identifying and managing new and exciting opportunities when they arise
  • Increase engagement across all site/project lifecycles
  • Show initiative in cultivating relationships with clients and consultants to expand new business enquiries
  • Establishing Project management best practices within the team and by working with peers
  • Maximise, cross and upsell opportunities on existing Projects
  • Responding effectively and efficiently to new business opportunities - including preparing quotes and proposals, as well as follow up negotiation and landing of opportunities
  • Attend demos + pitches for new and existing clients
  • Attend networking functions and client social events, with a view of developing contacts in line with Cityscape’s sales and marketing strategies


Project Management + Administration

  • Taking overall ownership for the end to end project life cycle and strategy, from landing new business to managing the project programme and budget through to delivery
  • Manage scheduling and resourcing for all your projects alongside the Resource Manager - working across a number at the same time
  • Negotiating scope, budget and deadlines with client and consultant teams
  • Ensure all projects are set up correctly following the company processes
  • Organise and lead in regular client and team meetings, ensuring client needs are met and tasks delegated correctly
  • Prepare detailed project briefs for the production staff working on your projects - including photography, planning + feasibility testing, visualisation, realtime/VR
  • Work closely with Art Directors and project leads to facilitate creative process and output
  • Mentoring junior Project Manager colleagues
  • Covering for team members during annual leave and busy periods


Financial Management

  • Track project financial performance and budgets throughout life span
  • Prepare project figures monthly for Projects team to invoice clients
  • Meet monthly targets for delivery of project figures and invoicing


Required Experience

  • 5+ Years of relevant professional experience
  • Significant and successful client engagement experience.
  • A strong Project Management background
  • Proven experience managing project budgets up to £300k
  • Historic experience of complex Project development and new business opportunities in a consultative manner
  • Knowledge of property development or planning applications would be highly desirable but not essential
