The Opportunity: We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity to enhance your skillset and elevate your professional profile as an IT Support Engineer. In this role, youll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless IT operations and service delivery across various customer sites. As part of our dynamic team and with the necessary coaching and training you will have the chance to dive into IT Management & Support, Manage Projects and perform installations.

Based primarily in our fantastic Cambridge office, you will also engage in customer site visit days, building strong relationships with both your colleagues and customers. This role promises exposure to a wide range of projects and the chance to learn from leading product vendors in our market.

What Youll Bring: To thrive in this role, you should have solid experience in:

  • Customer service within an IT environment
  • Servers & Storage management
  • Physical Network infrastructures
  • Server Virtualisation
  • Microsoft Desktop and Server Technologies
  • Group Policy management
  • Office 365 Administration and Managment
  • Cloud technologies, especially SharePoint administration

We are looking for someone who has a valid, clean drivers license and the ability to pass a DBS check due to the sensitive nature of the data and sectors we serve. As this is a hybrid role, you will need to work from our Cambridge office on certain days and should be able to commute to the office easily. We ask that applicants live no further than 1.5 hours drive from CB3 0QH.
