About the Role

As our Customer Service & Admin Support Lead, you’ll be the voice of our customers. Reporting to the UK General Manager, this office-based role is day to day ownership of customer service for KeepCup, leveraging our CRM (HubSpot) for efficient customer experiences and business insights. You’ll collaborate across the global business to champion the voice of customer in operations, product quality and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Manage all inbound inquiries, from customer support tickets to returns, ensuring timely, one-touch responses aligned to KeepCup’s brand values.
  • Business Insight: Manage data to deliver customer insights across the business.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Operations teams to elevate the customer journey, improve website UX, and enhance resource materials like FAQs and instructional videos.
  • Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office environment and admin support for the team.
  • Sales & Operations Support: Assist the Sales team with order processing and documentation, and work with Operations on fulfilment and quality control.

About You

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and curious person who likes to get things done. You bring strong administrative and written and verbal communication skills and 3+ years in a customer service or similar role in a product based customer facing role. You have experience managing customer satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and efficient workflows.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM experience, Hubspot preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role is a plus
  • Experience working cross-functionally in collaborative teams.
