About us:

Established in January 2023, our Swansea office is one of the newest Branches within Teaching Personnel. Over the past year we have grown from a team of 2 to a team of 7. We are now looking to expand once again and are moving into a larger office so that we can continue to build the team and create opportunities for our more senior Recruitment Consultants.

"Team based commission" is not where the team-focused environment ends. Within Teaching Personnel's Swansea office, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, productive, and collaborative environment. Whilst the first few months of any new role can present a wide range of challenges, this is made a lot easier here with the consistent and knowledgeable support of your experienced colleagues.

About the Job

The role of an Education Recruitment Consultant has many different facets. As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and selling a candidate to a client, as well as being their consistent pillar of support throughout their employment period with Teaching Personnel. You will manage your own recruitment desk, developing business through creating exceptional relationships with schools and educators, and become an expert in your sector. This is a challenging, fast paced but highly rewarding role, and while all our consultants are different there are a few things they all have in common:

In order to apply for this role you will need to demonstrate these skills and abilities either through a Degree course, or relevant experience working in a sales, or target driven environment.
