Title: Sr. Account Executive, Enterprise

Remote: Allowed but must be within a 5 hour time difference from London, UK.

Threecolts is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sr. AE who can set up an enterprise sales motion and eventually grow a team. You'll have ample opportunity to grow at Threecolts.


This role will focus on building win-win relationships with consumer products (i.e. BMW, Puma, etc.) businesses with a starting focus on automotive and fashion customers to increase engagement and adoption of our products. Specifically, this person will be responsible for not only creating and managing their sales pipeline, but taking ownership in driving sales related projects, and owning goals while reporting on particular categories or business responsibilities. This person will directly interface with executive level contacts of prospective ecommerce businesses to facilitate all stages of a sale. The best candidate will drive and create proposals, business cases, ROI calculators, and responses to customers' business requirements and take a consultative sales approach.


Upon successful execution, we'll open up more AE team members for this person to grow a team.


A successful Sr. Account Executive will:

· Work with a sense of urgency to drive and deliver sales goals while maintaining a high quality of work.

· Operate with a continuous motor to identify and close potential ecommerce businesses to expand globally.

· Develop a thorough understanding of the specific market segments, customer profiles, and global business trends/event

· Implement sales playbooks and SOPs into the business development framework.

· Partner with other Threecolts teams including product, data operations, and other teams to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in existing customer base


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of relevant business sales experience

· BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

· Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· E-Commerce industry or related industry experience

· Experience with pipeline management skills

· Experience exceeding sales targets

· Experience using CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
