IT Infrastructure Team Lead - Chiswick - £65-75k base salary


Opportunity to join one of the most exciting companies in the Automotive industry as an IT Infrastructure Team Lead. You will play a key role as the company looks to expand rapidly across the UK. This includes implementing Microsoft Dynamics, system improvements, ensuring data security, and managing operational needs across the whole business. You will also be leading a small team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems to ensure scalability and stability
  • Project manage and implement Microsoft Dynamics from scratch
  • Daily technical support for internal users
  • Manage IT projects from conception through to implementation
  • Enforce Security protocols to protect company data
  • Budgeting and resource allocation
  • Team management


For this position, you will need:

  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics
  • 5+ years experience in an IT lead role, including line management responsibilities
  • Strong technical skills in System admin, network management, and cybersecurity
  • Experience in budget management
  • Ideally experience with IT infrastructure in Retail as you will be responsible for supporting car showrooms
  • Experience in a start-up environment. You will be required to set up systems from scratch and implement them in sites across the country.
