What will you do:
- Respond to all Customer and Supplier enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner (inbound and outbound calls)
- Ensure department Service Quality Commitments (SQC's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are met whilst also maintaining high service levels and standards
- Accurate maintenance and administration of our systems
- Protect the company at all times from fraud and financial exposure
What you will have:
- Exemplary telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work with a good attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
