About the role

As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will be involved in all payment aspects of the company, including invoicing, rent schedules and reconciling payments for our fintech products.

What you’ll do

The primary responsibilities are:

  • Invoicing: issuing and tracking all outstanding receivables of the company.
  • Rent schedules: including payments received by the platform and due to landlords and agencies.
  • Payment reconciliation: reconciliation of the large payments received in relation to the fintech services our company provides.
  • Input into our proprietary payments infrastructure: your views and input will be included in the buildout of our in-house payments infrastructure.
  • Financial modelling: as your skills progress, we will involve you in modelling the budget and cashflow of the startup.

Experience and skills

· Some background in accounting beneficial but not necessary

· Preferably, albeit not obligatory, previous experience in real estate

· Fully fluent in English
