Location: Kent (hybrid model – flexibility)

Salary: £45,000 plus benefits

A growing Law Firm has an exciting opportunity for an IT Trainer to join the Technology and Adoption Team.


The role is located in Tunbridge Wells HQ, with some travelling to Horsham and London (all expenses paid).


About the role

Over the next couple of years, the plan for their digital strategy is to make life simpler for their users. You will be responsible for identifying skills gaps for their technologies within their workplace, as well as developing blended learning curriculums to increase confidence amongst the users.


Delivering a range of training methods to cater to different learning styles, conducting training sessions using a blend of teaching techniques and facilitating workshops, webinars, and hands-on training.


Requirements

  • You will have a passion for technology and how it can help streamline a user’s day-to-day and be able to draw on experience to provide credible expertise.
  • Experience with running technical demonstrations, running IT training/workshops (in person, and online/digital), will be beneficial.
  • The role will see you network and communicate with a wide range of users, so an approachable, empathic, engaging communication style will be a must, as well as needing the self-awareness to be adaptable to different learning styles.
  • Experience with MS Office 365 and MS Teams will also be needed.
