  • Business Development: Drive the department’s growth by establishing strong relationships with new and existing clients, and delivering high-quality consultancy services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Cost Consultants, Interior Designers, and Development Managers to deliver holistic solutions across sectors.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee and manage building surveying projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Client Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to luxury clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored, high-end solutions.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all surveying activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent, with extensive experience in building surveying, ideally in the luxury consultancy sector.
  • Proven experience leading a team or department, with a track record of success in business development and client relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality, commercial, residential, and education sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build a team and shape a department.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • A strategic thinker with the commercial acumen to drive growth and deliver exceptional service.

What's On Offer:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package, including a company pension, bonus scheme, and flexible working.
  • The opportunity to lead and shape a key department in an internationally recognised consultancy firm.
  • The chance to work on some of the most prestigious projects in the luxury sectors across London and internationally.
  • A supportive and collaborative environment, where innovation and professional development are encouraged.
