Role Overview:

A MedTech business are looking for a skilled Lead QA Engineer to join a growing Product Development team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of web applications through effective testing strategies and methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership of the QA team, providing guidance, support and mentorship to the team members to develop best practice, including staying current with the latest developments in appropriate technologies.
  • Process leadership for QA, developing strategies to optimise the way that the team work so that they can an ever increasing level of product quality.
  • Drive efficiency and cost reduction in QA processes through innovation, automation, and appropriate tools.
  • Work closely with product management and operations to thoroughly understand what the platform needs to deliver.


Experience

  • Hands-on experience using WebdriverIO to automate testing of complex web applications, ensuring end-to-end functionality, performance, and reliability
  • Experience creating, maintaining and improving a large, complex automation framework.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems especially ISO9001 and ISO27001.
  • Provide mentorship to various level of QA roles.
