This role will be part of a new Learning and Development function on the growth of their strategy across the globe, aligning deliverables, designing and delivering, overseeing internship programmes and shaping their newest programme internationally.


The ideal candidate should have 4 + years' experience in a Learning and Development role from Financial Services (ideally Investment Management, Hedge Fund or Quantitative Trading).


Responsibilities:


  • Shaping the Learning and Development strategy globally.
  • Designing, delivering and implementing training programmes to various levels from intern through to senior stakeholders.
  • Managing firm-wide training plans; full coordination, scheduling and management.
  • Leading induction programmes for the firm successfully; overseeing internship programmes.
  • Utilising data and analytics to generate comprehension reports to improve efforts.
  • Assisting with L&D Projects across the globe; partnering with senior management and suggesting new, innovative ideas.


Requirements:


  • 4+ years' experience operating in a Learning and Development capacity.
  • Experience working in a mid-sized financial services environment; ideal with expertise partnering across Europe and APAC.
  • Ability to design and deliver training from scratch.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, suggest ideas, showcase confidence, and lead.
