As our Senior Product Manager you will create our product roadmap and define the strategic vision for your team driven by the overall vision. You have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. You ensure the business’ ability to deliver the right solution to the market by managing the four key aspects of a product: Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Business Viability by engaging designers, engineers and experts needed. A Senior Product Manager manages dependencies with other team’s while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships. You work closely within your team to ensure business value and how user feedback is translated into new experiences/features or improving existing ones. You will be accountable to deliver outcomes and tracking specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on.

Responsibilities


  • You will set an ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the business
  • You will work closely with our Director of Product to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
  • You will work closely with the rest of the product team on product strategy including market sizing, commercialisation opportunities and identifying new customer pain points
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements for each sprint is essential to you
  • You are accountable for outcomes and tracking product specific KPIs throughout product lifecycle and communicate regular tracking to leadership and stakeholders
  • You will work closely with the Product Manager (reporting to you) on delivery for the squad
  • Support the Product Manager to maintain a backlog 6-8 weeks ahead of the team and help shape the roadmap


Key Skills


  • You have a track record of discovery, experimentation, launching and monetising products
  • You have strong foundations in working with customers to discover their jobs-to-be-done and pain points
  • You are a cross-functional collaborator working on teams with engineers, designers, marketers, and sales
  • You are data-driven and focused on delivering value for business e.g. tracking team level metrics, product analytics
  • You have deep experience leading teams in an agile setting, able to prioritize and make tradeoffs
  • You have experience in a product-led, B2B SaaS, or and/or digital organization
  • A founder’s mindset or early-stage venture experience is a major plus
