Head of Marketing - able to lead an international marketing function, with products being sold into retailers and online via eCommerce.

NB: to avoid disappointment... you categorically must come from a consumer marketing background, and with at least five years in another management role at the strategic level.


If you're still here and this role could be the one for you, you'll likely be leading on:

  • Global marketing strategy for the whole product range
  • Retail portfolio management and the ability to assist your retailers with active campaigns and promotions
  • NPD and launch planning... the marketing element, not the technical
  • Budget management and accountability
  • Creation of a significant and longevity based international retail marketing strategy
  • Champion the 'brand' and be the epitome of consistency... with only the very 'best' in mind
  • Control and co-ordinate all things online. You'll be charged with developing the eCommerce structure and influencing the 'how we get there' with a relative blank slate
  • Management of a small and effective group of agency partners


Qualifications


  • Ideally a marketing accreditation, degree, CIM or similar
  • 8 years plus in marketing, with at least five years in another management role
  • Consumer marketing experience is absolutely essential (recent)
  • Digital marketing from a strategic perspective would also be highly valuable
