Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced International Quantitative Fieldwork Manager to lead and manage a variety of UK national and global quantitative face to face and online market research fieldwork projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of quantitative data collection, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data on time and within budget. This role requires expertise in quantitative research methodologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Leading the planning, execution, and oversight of international quantitative fieldwork projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Project Strategy: Developing and implementing effective fieldwork strategies tailored to the unique requirements of each project, including sampling, recruitment, and data collection.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for our clients, providing strategic guidance, costings, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor Management: Identifying, negotiating with, and managing external fieldwork vendors, ensuring they adhere to project requirements and deliver quality results.
  • Quality Assurance: Establishing and enforcing rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of collected data.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Data Analysis Support: Collaborating with data analysis teams to ensure that collected data meets analysis requirements and supports robust insights.
  • Team Development: Mentoring and training junior members of the team as needed, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.

Experience:

Minimum of 4+ years of quantitative fieldwork management experience in market research, with a strong focus on consumer, B2B, and healthcare sectors working at either a fieldwork or market research agency. Proven experience in leading large-scale UK national and international projects is essential, along with experience in leading and managing fieldwork for face-to-face and online quantitative market research studies.


PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT RESEARCHER ROLE and we are only interested in candidates with the relevant experience above in fieldwork management.
