Role Overview:

As the Catastrophic Injury Technical Lead / Supervisor, you will lead and mentor a team of Senior Associates, guiding them through intricate, high-value caseloads involving catastrophic injury files. This role requires significant experience with cases valued at £3 million and above.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of Senior Associates in managing complex catastrophic injury files
  • Provide expert technical guidance on high-value cases, ensuring top-notch legal service
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client care
