Executive Assistant, Global Private Equity

A leading global Investment Management firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with a stable career history, to join their Private Equity division supporting MDs.
Are you looking for a classic private equity EA role within a highly successful global firm? This role will give you responsibility for the management of the day to day international travel and complex diary logistics, with wider support to include CRM management using deal cloud and assisting with conference organising.
With demanding schedules to manage, you will thrive on the challenge of ensuring an entirely smooth running business life for the MDs. This strong service ethic means you take a holistic approach your teams' lives, ensuring their personal lives are as balanced as possible as a result of a smoothly planned business schedule. You will enjoy operating in complex and global roles, embracing challenges and will take pride in delivering results.
Duties include: complex diary management over time zones, maintaining ever-changing schedules, arranging meetings, scheduling constant and changing international travel taking a proactive approach and contingency plans, ensuring smooth transfers and detailed itineraries.
You will also assist with CRM management using deal cloud, so experience of having used this system will be a plus. It is essential you are a confident communicator, accustomed to liaising on your teams' behalf in a knowledgeable and mature manner.
Additionally, as this is a large firm with a well established EA team you will work closely with the EAs in your division, in other teams and across the globe in the international offices. To be successful in this role you will enjoy the team culture, collaboration and network that this set-up offers.
This is a 4 days in office role.
Experience required:
Experience of supporting as an Assistant within Private Equity is essential. You should have solid Assistant experience with minimal moves and changes in your career history.
You should have experience of working with CRM (ideally deal cloud).
Proven experience of working as part of an EA team is essential.
You will ideally be A level/degree educated with a desire for knowledge and being well informed.
You should be able to operate in a fast paced, demanding role with positivity.
A polished presentation and communication style is essential.
