Our Door staff ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and are well looked after throughout their stay. Our concierge team provide additional services throughout the guest stay ensuring that all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and to the highest levels of satisfaction for our guests. During their stay the Hall Porter /Door Person should always be on hand to provide information; assist guests in any way they can; and be able to provide exceptional knowledge of the hotel and the local area.

What we are looking for:

• Have enthusiasm, dedication and previous experience in a Front of House or a related role
• Have excellent customer care and communication skills.
• The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be very well presented and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Full manual driving licence required.
