Position Overview:

As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and client retention. You will work closely with the marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging your deep understanding of the Forex Trading industry to create innovative campaigns and ensure the success of our marketing efforts.


What you'll do:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience segments.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the management team to define marketing goals, budgets, and performance indicators.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to create compelling and engaging marketing assets and materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve online visibility and user engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing channels, recommending innovative approaches to reach and engage the target audience effectively.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, maintaining a strong brand presence in the Forex Trading industry.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity to effectively communicate our value proposition and enhance brand recognition.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, blog articles, videos, and infographics.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and affiliates to expand brand reach and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, manage relationships, and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the Forex Trading or Financial Services industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Forex Trading industry, including knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure marketing performance and ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and a results-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.

Recruitment procedure:

The interview process consists of two rounds:

  • The first round is a video call with our marketing team based in Singapore, focusing on the role and expectations.
  • The second round involves an in-person meeting with the UK office Director and the HR Manager to provide further insights into the position.
