You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting rigorous testing, and overseeing the deployment of both software and hardware components. Your work will be integral to the smooth functioning and reliability of our autonomous systems, from initial installation to real-time operation. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, a deep understanding of Linux and Python, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance performance.


Responsibilities:

Software-Related:

Operate and maintain project work in a Linux-based environment.

Record and report issues using management tools like Jira.

Utilise the FMS system to manage and monitor vehicle and equipment status.

Conduct various tests based on test cases and develop comprehensive test reports.

Execute or revise Python scripts to troubleshoot issues and facilitate testing.

Record issues and KPIs during joint tests or operations. Address and resolve problems to ensure smooth testing.

Hardware-Related:

Handle the operation and testing of autonomous vehicles onsite.

Install and adjust sensor locations for optimal performance.

Understand and manage all autonomous vehicle hardware, including sensors, onboard computers, and network devices. Perform installation and wiring.

Able to reset Linux systems as needed.

Use remote control devices to safely operate vehicles.

Manage the calibration of all sensors (lidars, GNSS, cameras, etc.) on autonomous vehicles.

Responsible for the regular charging and activation of local SIM cards.


Requirements:

Proficient in English for daily communication.

Familiar with Linux commands and operating systems.

Experienced with bug management tools.

Capable of understanding and working with Python scripts.

Fast learner with strong teamwork and hands-on skills.

Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
