Senior Consultant/Manager/Senior Manager – Financial Advisory
Our client is a rapidly expanding finance consultancy, establishing itself as a challenger to the UK's largest accounting firms. Backed by large-cap private equity and headquartered in the US, the company has been growing at pace, with new offices opening in London, Cambridge, Manchester, and Glasgow over the past two years. They are now looking for talented individuals with a background in the Big 4 to join their consulting services team, helping clients tackle a range of business challenges, from technical accounting and transaction services to other project-based work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with clients' executive teams and auditors, providing expert guidance on complex accounting issues and driving key decisions.
- Take a leading role on client engagements, overseeing operational due diligence for significant transactions, such as IPOs, acquisitions, disposals, stock offerings, and debt raises.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial and regulatory information, in line with all relevant requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for projects involving new accounting standards, leading the implementation of necessary changes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Mentor managers and consultants, setting a high standard for ethical behaviour, fostering team development, and offering constructive feedback.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, supporting recruitment efforts, and playing an active role in business development and client relationship management.
