Our client is a procurement business that specialises in procurement and supply chain management services, enabling their clients to increase efficiency and deliver more from their supply partners, improving overall experience.
They have a centralised office in London, and their teams work remotely around the UK, only having to come to London for meetings twice a month.
This Sourcing Manager will be supporting the Head of Sourcing to ensure that this is a value-add activity, developing their own sourcing plans to fit the transformation projects and deliver best customer service.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Ensure that all compliance and cost savings are met, whilst continuing to deliver excellent customer service.
- Support the business in achieving set KPIs and approval of new projects.
- Work towards SLas and internal performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - mitigating risk and being solutions focussed.
- Plan solid sourcing strategies that support the commercial plans.
- Support the positive reputation of the business but continuing to deliver high service.
- Encourage an innovative culture and explore alternative commercial models.
- Experience in handling data, analysis, interpretation, and comparison of a range of options.
This role ideally suits an individual that has experienced working in the clinical and public healthcare sector with government frameworks.
