Leading Private Equity firm is looking to take on a senior fund accountant to join their team. Boutique firm with a complete focus on, targeting high growth, impact-driven, and innovation-led companies, with the backing of a global goliath. The role reports directly to the Head of Finance and is particularly commercially focused on building investment strategies, executing the deals, investor reporting, etc.
The Responsibilities:
- Manage the deals, operations, and reporting aspects of a core investment strategy
- Managing TPAs, entity maintenance, investor reporting, audit leadership
- Work closely on investment deals, executing investment opportunities, vehicle structuring
- Presenting to investors, manage onboarding
- Support in ad hoc projects
The Requirements:
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
Must have closed-ended Alternative experience
Broad exposure to date, ambitious, commercial
