Bar Team Member

Do you have a passion for fine food and wine? Are you ready to enter a new role in five-star luxury service? Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as a waiting team member in Prince Bar.

As a team member, you will join our team of outstanding floor staff to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel restaurant, assisting the bar management in meeting the high expectations of our discerning guests and diners. Eager to learn, you will be a confident and adaptable individual able to thrive in a high-pressured fine dining environment. You will be exceptionally well presented and capable of making a warm first impression on our guests while delivering discrete, sensitive standards of service.

Your ability to work in a timely manner, efficient manner, learn quickly and enthusiastically and adhere to our exceptional standards will define your success in the role. In turn, you will be given the support to develop your own skills and career with us and, ultimately, your insight, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.

The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh's most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel's majestic clock defines the city's skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.
