Technical Support Engineer – 1st & 2nd Line


We are currently partnering with a client in the market for a technical support engineer to assist with the support of their IT infrastructure.


You will be responsible for working with the Helpdesk Support Engineers, troubleshooting end-user issues and liaising with the 3rd line team/external supplier where required. You will be supporting a range of technologies, including Win10/11, Office 365, Networking, AV and telephony systems.


Role: Technical Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line)

Contract Length: 3 months

IR35 Status: Inside

Location: London (fully office based)

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: c. £200/day (c. £700/week after tax)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong experience with 1st and 2nd line infrastructure support
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Wide IT knowledge – EUC, Networking, Telephony etc.
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Office 365
