Prep Chef

A fantastic opportunity for a Prep Chef to join our talented team at The Hinds Head; our classic, 1 Michelin Star restaurant with unique Heston Magic. With an eccentric lounge bar, beautiful private dining room and stunning restaurant, food and drinks are elevated to a high level through provenance, preparation, execution and imaginative twist. We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join the team and gain experience at a highly established restaurant.

Experience

We are looking for a Prep Chef with the following qualities / experience:

  • Professional appearance with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with a desire to learn and develop your skills

About The Hind's Head

The Royal Lounge Bar serves specially crafted cocktails, refined spirits and classic and small-batch gins, and The Vicars Room captures the character of its historical setting, making it a truly atmospheric place for a business or private event without parallel.
