A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. The Marketing Transformation Team

Marketing Transformation is a team made up of experts across strategy & consulting, marketing technology, and content strategy. It is a strategic team that works with clients to define solutions required to deliver content experiences at scale. The team works closely with SMEs and operations, and leads the client transformation work stream.

What does a Martech Solutions Architect do at Hogarth?

As a Martech Solutions Architect at Hogarth, you will be pivotal within the Marketing Transformation Team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and oversee the implementation of marketing technology solutions that align with the strategic vision of our clients and the agency. This entails understanding the client's unique needs and challenges, and then crafting technological solutions that enhance content experiences, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Given the remit of the Marketing Transformation Team, you will often be working with solutions where a platform is being used for the first time in the agency, or even within the industry. This role goes beyond the traditional Martech stack and is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Experience in a similar role, focusing on marketing technology solutions, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex martech stacks
  • Familiarity with leading marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, ideally including those involved in content creation
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including strategy, consulting, and content strategy.
  • Demonstrated history of successful client engagements, showcasing the ability to understand and address unique client needs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape.
  • Expertise in integrating various marketing platforms and tools to create cohesive systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and innovations in marketing technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a green field environment
